This device is produced using high pressure and temperature, and the combination of coating, resin and wood causes high resistance.
Despite having multiple and different stations, the post forming machine performs coating at different angles in the best way without damaging the coating.
Equipment
19-inch HMI electrical panel with conveyor speed control and roller speed and temperature control with the intelligentization of the pick robot and CNC cutter.
The electric motors used in these lines were completely European from Siemens, Lenz, Bonfiglioli brands and used CT gearboxes from Italy, Festo pneumatic control equipment and LS electrical equipment and all inverters were supplied from the Grand Fuss brand.
